Leak pastry

For 4-5 portions - Baba Loza cabbage recipe(infact, leak pastry, but this is the popular name :).

For the pastry: 250 gr flour, 1 egg, 3 tbl spoon cooking oil (olive oil), 1 tea spoon salt.

Add 300 ml water and mix the products for about 20-30 min. Now divide the dough to 4 balls. Leave 30 min, to rest.

For the filling: Stew 4-5 sticks leak with 50 gr butter, until became meak (10-15 min). After this, put cheese or curds (200-250 gr), 3 eggs, 1 tea cup milk, 2 tbl spoons corn flour and 2 tbl spoons normal flour. Mix till it became a homogeneous and leave it to rest.
