Our vision is, that nowadays the skills matter, the experience. Some of the things, that are unique to each person. We  will teach you how to make Bulgarian pita bread and Bulgarian yoghurt, but the real one, with Lactobacilicus bulgaricus ( guess from three times why is it called like this).

Dear visitors, due to more than 30 searches in Google for bulgarian bread, bulgarian pita bread, coming from Indonesia, United States, India,  we, EKO Club are giving what the people want: the most simple recipe to make bread, as it is tradition since hundreds of years. Enjoy and I hope to give us a positive feedback by share this wonderful recipe with others. Be creative!

                          Bulgarian pita bread(EKO Club.com)

1 kg flour
300 ml water(room temperature)
1 table spoon salt
1 baking powder (or 1 ts baking soda + 1 ts salt of lemon)
We mix the flour with the baking powder and screen. We make a hole in the center of the flour and we put the salt and we start adding the water and making the dough. We form the pita bread. A decoration can be made as the one, shown on the picture. Put in a preheated oven  - 180 C for 45 minutes. When it’s ready, put it for couple of minutes in a towel.
